Terms and Conditions
1. Competition starts Saturday 12th December 2020 and closes at 5pm Thursday 24th December 2020.
2. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the Conditions of Entry. Entry into this competition deems acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
3. Entry is open to all residents of Western Australia aged 18 years and above, except Centre staff, their families, agents and contractors of Primewest Cottesloe CEntral Shopping Centre, who are not eligible to enter this competition.
4. To enter this competition, customers must:
a) Complete the entry form.b) Place entry form into the barrel no later than 5pm Thursday 24th December 2020.
5. Customers may enter as many times as they like, provided the forms are completed correctly. Incorrect forms will be disqualified.
6. Total prize pool is valued at $500.00 and includes:
• 1 x $500 Woolworths Gift Cards
7. The prize draw will occur on December 29th 2021; prize winners do not need to be present at the prize draws.
8. The prize-winner will be drawn randomly from the correct entries via the barrel.
9. The prize-winner will be notified by phone or email.
10. The winner’s name will be announced by Friday, January 8th 2020 on the Centre’s Facebook, Instagram & Website.
11. The prize-winner will be responsible for liaising with the Primewest Cottesloe Central Shopping Centre representative to arrange redemption of their prize.
12. The gift voucher elements of prizes may be subject to individual store gift voucher conditions of use; prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.
13. Further Terms may be applied by the prize venue if required.
14. Primewest Cottesloe Central Shopping Centre reserves the right to deem any entry invalid if it breaches the nature of the promotion.
15. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. Primewest Cottesloe Central Shopping Centre reserves the right to alter, modify, suspend or cancel the promotion.
17. The promoter shall not be held liable for any loss or damage whatsoever, which is suffered or sustained by any person as a result of the use of, or in connection with the promotion, including loss or damage suffered as a result of negligence, but not including liability which cannot be excluded by law.
18. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation are reserved.
19. By entering into this promotion each entrant provides consent for the promoter and permanent tenants of Primewest Cottesloe Central Shopping Centre to use the information supplied for various commercial purposes, including marketing, planning and research.
20. This competition is not endorsed, sponsored or affiliated with Facebook in any way shape or form.
21. This promotion is offered in good faith and is not to give rise to any legal dispute and is binding in honour only.
22. Details collected may be used for marketing purposes.
23. The promoter is Primewest Funds Ltd (ACN 97 134 321 216), trading as Primewest Cottesloe Central Shopping Centre.
